Turban Garlic

The garlic aficionado's dream bulb, this variety of garlic is full of flavor. These early-maturing garlics grow well in warmer climates and have a shorter storing time than other varieties. We offer two hardneck varieties of Turban garlic.

Shangtung Purple 
This hardneck garlic features a sweet flavor with moderate to strong heat. Shangtung Purples have 6 to 8 cloves, an early harvest time, and stores for 3 to 5 months.

Thai Purple 
Enrich your meals with this hardneck garlic. Harvested early, it displays all the delicate features of spring, including pretty, blush-purple bulb wrappers and light-reddish-mahogany clove skins. Thai Purple can be stored for 3 to 5 months.
